Anyone remember that commercial from Dominoes?

Of course you do if you love pizza like I do.

Well- I just about Hoo Ha’ad this Tuesday too-

I know- I missed last Tuesday-

Because we were doing this-

Instead of…this

Weeding our watermelon patch.

Or watering the zinnias.

Or, picking the beloved onions.

But, we were having a good time on vacation.

So, much so- that Whitewater wiped me out last Tuesday and I forgot to reach out and let you all know what was up!

But-

Not today-

No, today I went round two with the weeds in the watermelons.

Not to mention, lifting the little fellers out of the soggy bottom of the bed.

We’ve lost a couple to that.

Yes, sadly, Henry was the first to go.

RIP Henry.

But I’m glad to say- the ones left behind are all lifted and breathing a little easier due to less pressure from the weeds.

And an even brighter note- from that picture at the top of the page-

That’s okra and peppers btw-

The okra is doing fine and dandy- and so are the peppers that landed in our Jambalaya I made tonight.

It was delicious!
